Typographical
Errors and Incorrect Pricing: In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price.

customer service, product education etc.) does not represent actual
employees or owners. All pictures have been purchased and with no

If we ever underestimate the demand of any of our products and we are
forced to backorder merchandise be assured that every reasonable
effort will be made to quickly fill your order. Should this ever
occur you will be immediately contacted and given options for what
you would like to do. All orders are subject to acceptance by
sndgems.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit
quantities of any product ordered.
Order
Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time
after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order,
without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you
ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or
information before accepting any order.
Sales Tax:
We shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered
to addresses within Ohio. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Jurisdiction
and Venue:
You agree that any legal action brought against sndgems.com. shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its
conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and
venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on
our sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in
Franklin County Ohio.
Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold sndgems.com harmless from and
against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including

Payment
Methods: We
accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to
make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing
address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit
card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a
delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon
shipment of your order.
Money Orders,
Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - We
accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and
company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon
receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and
company checks, please allow up to 7-10 banking days after receipt
for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge
a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Shipping
Time Option: Total
Ship Time = Item Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For
example, if the Item Availability Time is 2-5 days and the Delivery
Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in
3-7 business days. Choosing Next Day Shipping or Second Day Shippingr
does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the
time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-2
days after the "Item Availability" time listed for the
product you selected. The "Item Availability" time is the
amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse
and acquire the product requested.
Disclaimer
and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold:
All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from
the date of the invoice. You agree that the sole and exclusive
maximum liability to sndgems.com arising from any product sold on the
our sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event
shall sndgems.com its owner, officers, employees and representatives
be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
